meet hanna, my "intern," my homie

this is hanna: some of you may be laughing at me when i say she is my intern. intern for what? spellchecking my myspace bulletins? listening to my incessant jibber jabber? reassuring me my butt doesn't look big in these jeans? helping me take out the pink bench everyday? Hanna is 16, she's a March Aries, her "husband"'s name is Eli Sepkowitz, she has a twin named Rheta, and an uber hot older sister named Sacha which I have to keep away from Team Awesome. She lives in MidTown, goes to Dwight, is almost too cool for myspace & has a huge following & like 15 photo albums on FaceBook. Her best friends names are Kathryn & Giselle & ZoeMax, and her favorite Jamba Juice is Strawberry Whirl. She loves fashion, has made her own magazine, wears a scent from Escada called "Rockin' Guido" aka Rock in Rio , and above all loves Charlotte Ronson (the clothes, the designer, the store & the manager of the store. naturally. jk.) Hanna, has been coming to c.rons for a little over a year or so now. She has always been interested in working at the store, but it wasn't possible to have a 2nd pair of hands to work with me, and I always had to decline her eager interest to spend noon-7pm w. me in the pink parlour. (that, and she was like just turning 15 when she asked me. labor laws & stuff ya know.) finally given the go to let her "intern" w. me (ie. she's getting paid in jamba juices & slices of pizza, and the occasional cafe habana trip) hanna has spent the past 2 weeks w. me at good ol' 239 Mulberry Street learning the ins & outs of my daily routine that I find somewhat boring and she finds absolutely fascinating. (*big week of Gemma Ward, Janeanne Garofolo, possible Sienna Miller sightings, and meeting Bijou Phillips). sadly tomorrow is hanna's last day, as she's heading upstate for a little summertime R'n'R w. her family SO i'm treating her to dinner at this new place: we read it on DailyCandy.com & have been obsessing and i bought her a surprise gifty from this little favorite designer 'o mine: if she reads this before she goes to work, she'll know what it is sooo....SURPRISE HANNA!! i will miss Hanna, and yes shuddup I know I'm almost twice her age, but you know you were cooler when you were 16 too. Besides her friends thought I was still in High School, and when you're pushing 30, that's the most amazing thing you can hear.
